Our Staff
We are a local forward thinking Independent Company with specialised sales, lettings, mortgages and property management teams with a wealth of experience in the property market.
Our team base a great deal of emphasis on customer care and attention to detail in all areas of the Company and we combine this with the use of modern up to date software programmes and advertising methods in order to provide the best possible service to our Clients.
Venture Office
Our office is in a prime location on Duke Street in Darlington in a Victorian property and has been designed with a focus on blending many original features of the building with modern fixtures and fittings. Our office showroom displays our properties for sale and for let in brochures, window displays and on a plasma TV.
The front showroom is staffed by both sales and lettings negotiators. We also have a mortgage advisor on hand and the Property Management team operate from the first floor of the building so everything is under the one roof.
