'Tyre’ yourself out for charity – The Tour de Branch is back

After the success of our Tour de Branch 2017 where we raised over £1,300 for the Great North Air Ambulance, the fundraiser is back for round two! This year, the 41 mile bike ride will be held on Sunday 5th August, starting at Chester-le-Street and ending at our Darlington branch (with pit stops at our four other branches along the way).

This year, our chosen charity is the Alzheimer’s Society. Not only does it conduct life-saving research, it also offers support and advice to those living with Alzheimer and their families. With nearly 15 per cent of people over the age of 71 living with the disease, the charity’s research is becoming more and more important.

Want to help us make a difference?

You can join us on the Tour de Branch for a £10 entry fee, which will include a t-shirt as well as refreshments and food after the ride. Contact daniel@venturepropertiesuk.com for more information and to secure your place!

Get a better night’s sleep

What can be better for ensuring a good night’s sleep than tiring yourself out with exercise in the great outdoors?

Improves mental well-being

Exercise is a proven way to boost your mood. The release of adrenaline and endorphins will set you up for a great day and it’s a brilliant way to build your confidence.

It also gives you an excuse for some well-needed alone time if you run a busy life, or can give you the opportunity to be sociable if you cycle with friends (or the Venture team!)
