As the year draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what has been an exceptional twelve months for our award-winning estate agency. This year has been defined by growth, achievement and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results for our clients.
One of the most exciting milestones was our Durham team moving into their brand-new office. This move represents a significant investment in both our staff and our regional presence, providing a modern, collaborative space that enables the team to continue delivering the high level of service our clients expect.
We are incredibly proud to have been awarded the 'Best Estate Agent Guide' Gold Award for both Sales and Lettings. This prestigious accolade places us in the top 2% of estate agents nationally for performance. Achieving Gold status in both categories is a powerful endorsement of our expertise, dedication and consistent results across all areas of the business.
Closer to home, our Darlington branch had a record-breaking year, selling over 500 properties and firmly dominating the local market. This outstanding achievement has ensured our Head Office remains the number one agent in Darlington for both sales and lettings, reinforcing our position as the area’s leading estate agent.
Finally, this year also saw the successful launch of our Investors’ Club, created to support property investors with exclusive opportunities, market insights and expert guidance. The response has been extremely positive, and we’re excited about the value it will continue to deliver.
