Full Management £430.56 inclusive of VAT (or half of one month’s rent plus VAT whichever is greater) then 12.5% of the rent per month (commission plus VAT).

Rent Collection £430.56 inclusive of VAT (or half of one month’s rent plus VAT whichever is greater) then 8% of the rent per month (commission plus VAT).

Tenant Find Only £504 inclusive of VAT (or half of one month’s rent plus VAT whichever is greater).

Serving of Housing Act £150 inclusive of VAT (such as Section 21 notices) – free if Fully

Notices Managed.

Court Appearance £100 per hour inclusive of VAT.

Withdrawal of Instructions £150 inclusive of VAT

Withdrawal from Contract 12.5% + VAT of gross rent for 6 months (if the Landlord withdraws from the contract with Venture Properties but continues to rent to a Tenant found by Venture Properties).

Withdrawal from Application Whatever Holding Deposit (equivalent to 1 week’s rent) the Applicant has paid to be reimbursed to them (if the Landlord declines a Tenant after initially accepting them and after initially accepting them and after they have completed successful credit and reference checks). You may also be liable for any tenant find fees, as well as any other costs we have incurred, e.g. inventory fees, fitting a smoke or CO alarm.
