Grace achieves industry qualification

Grace Robinson, one of our Property Managers based in the Duke Street office at Darlington, is well-qualified for the job having achieved the Level 3 NfoPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

Grace actually achieved this qualification before she even started work in the industry which has set her in good stead for the role she has found herself in.

We asked Grace some questions about the qualification:

Why did you decide to study for the qualification?

As I was recommended to do so by one of the directors (Michael) who later gave me a full time job, so it paid off and I got an extra qualification.

What is involved?

Studying in your own time and taking 4 exams, you have to motivate yourself and set time aside to do this which may be difficult at times. The 4 exams have to all be passed within a 12 month period and you can take them individually or all at the same time.

How long did it take to complete?

A couple of months, you do have a year to do complete the whole thing though.

Did you find it useful?

Yes as I hadn't started in the industry so was blind to a lot of things.

Would you recommend it to others?

Yes definitely, if you are keen to learn everything involved and want to further yourself.
