Meet our two property valuers from our Crook office – often the first face-to-face point of contact for those selling and letting their properties.
We have asked them both about their Venture journey and what they like to do outside of work.
I have happily worked for Venture since 2017 after having my first child - she keeps me very busy indeed! I love my job and enjoy property and architecture, seeing many different types of homes.
Outside of work, I dabble a bit in paddle boarding and love nothing more than a weekend away in my touring caravan around North Yorkshire or the Lake District.
Crook locals may have seen me out and about walking 5 (yes, 5!) terriers as I have a love for dogs. Only one is mine, though – Billy, the Jack Russell.
At work, my colleagues often laugh at my dry sense of humour. We do enjoy working together though and keep in touch outside of work.
Some of you may have seen me around and hopefully those that haven't I may get the chance to meet you at some point.
I love my role here at Venture and can safely say that over the last 15 years of working in estate agency, I love it now more than ever.
I recently made my debut appearance on 'Homes Under the Hammer' on the BBC, which was both rewarding and scary but a great experience nonetheless.
I am very family-orientated. There is no better feeling than spending quality time with my partner and our children. I have a love for interior design and am constantly re-designing rooms in our home.
Being brought up in a farming family, we have a love for all animals especially horses and dogs, not forgetting the enjoyment of lambing season!
I have a great zest for life, making memories, having fun and making every day count.
